Change of Mind:

Custom-Made or Special Order Items:

Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the problem to help us resolve your request as quickly as possible.
