* For international orders, Australian GST is not charged.

Shipping & Delivery

* Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion if items are unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging.
* Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
* Certain items (earrings for hygiene reasons, sale items, or personalised pieces) are non-returnable.
Faulty or Damaged Items

Jewellery Care
